Free shipping — always


No surprises at checkout. Shipping costs are included in the product price. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How orders are made & shipped


Each item is produced after you place an order. Fulfillment takes ~2–5 business days, then it ships with tracked delivery.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, remote areas, holidays, and carrier delays can add time.

Returns & Policy

Once an order has been confirmed, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please double-check sizing, as items that don’t fit cannot be returned.

Orders placed in error (such as selecting the wrong product) are not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once opened.

These guidelines help us reduce unnecessary waste, lower environmental impact, and keep our process efficient for everyone.

 If your item is defective or we made a mistake.

If items arrived in wrong size, misprint, or damage, email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send a photo and order number; we’ll either replace or refund it promptly :)

All orders goes out with flat-rate shipping and packaging comes in carbon neutral packaging just to keep things simple and predictable for the moment.

 

Lost / damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, email support@windbird.co within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels) with your order number and photos; we’ll make it right.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) clause (Returns/Refunds)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
